Mold size is 3 in with the Fish being 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 in.  Our Molds are made from 100% high quality food grade silicone which made them perfect to use with Isomalt, Chocolate, Fondant, Gum Paste and are oven safe to 350 degrees, so yes you can bake cookie dough in them.
