Size is 3 n by 1 in base and  Knob is 1 1/4 in wide and 1 in deep. Our Molds are made from 100% food grade silicone which made them perfect to use with Isomalt, Chocolate, Fondant and Gum Paste and are oven safe to 350 degrees, so yes you can bake cookie dough in them.
